Oakwood Seniors Thrilled with New Home

“Spectacular” describes the interior decor of the new 225-suite Oakwood Seniors’ Residence, part of the Tansley Woods Retirement Village, in the heart of Burlington, Ontario. Opened over the summer of 2013, the 280,000 square-foot condo residence was designed by Cornerstone Architects and construction managed by Ball Construction.

Despite some changes to the original design, the Ball team was able to bring the project together with stunning results. The amenities at the 4100 Upper Middle Road location include a town hall, flower shop, spas, corner store, piano bar, games room and multiple WiFi-equipped cafes. The 10-stories include 5-floors of condo units, 2-assisted-living floors and 3-long-term-care floors.
