Project Update:

Located at 11620 Trafalgar Road in the Town of Halton Hills, this two-story Administration Office & 4 bay repair Garage complex breaks ground June 26, 2014 and is slated for completion Spring 2015.

The 25,000 sq. ft. building will be the new home for their current employees and will feature a fitness room, boardroom and lunch cafeteria.

Snow plows, salters and maintenance vehicles will be kept on the road thanks to the four service bays that are fully equipped with new and relocated tools / equipment, hoists and
a 5-ton crane.

“This project is a welcome relief to the Halton Hills staff who have been working out of a crowded office on the same site”, notes Ball project manager Andy O’Brien.  “The new building will be far more space and energy efficient and adhere to LEED guidelines although they will not be pursuing LEED certification.”

This Construction Management project was a collaboration of the Client, RDH Architects, Dick & Hadley Architects and Ball Construction, who will also oversee all subcontracts.
