With the arrival of spring around the corner, we’re getting ready to break ground on a project in the Kitchener Business Park with our partner, Blue Top Properties.
Drawings are complete and the permits are in place for twin, Class A industrial buildings for lease. Features include a total of 131,000 square feet (divisible), 16 loading dock doors, 8 grade level drive-in doors and a clear height of 28 feet on over 6 acres.
The exterior finishes will be aluminum, tinted glass and white precast concrete offering excellent profile to any business. The location at the corner of Goodrich Drive and Wilson Avenue is minutes from Highway 401.
