Ball Completes Phase One of Supreme Cannabis Retrofit
Ball Construction was awarded a construction management contract with Supreme Cannabis, to retrofit their new facility at 100 Hollinger Crescent in Kitchener. The location will be used for packaging and distribution of cannabis products.
Working in consultation with WBA Architects and Engineers Inc., Ball’s work footprint encompasses the first phase of the project and is relatively small—approximately 7,500 square feet of the 107,000 square-foot site. The scope of work included adding a multi-purpose processing clean room, an additional room, a corridor and upgrading of washrooms and office areas.
The project was completed within a tight timeline in order to meet the license application with Health Canada, which Supreme Cannabis hopes to receive as soon as possible.
