Blue Top Properties Office Reno Completed
Ball is pleased to announce completion of interior office renovations for Blue Top Properties at 1250 Franklin Boulevard, in Cambridge.
This 3,500 square-foot specialty project involved reconstructing a portion of warehouse space for Iconic Metalgear, a manufacturer of truck, transport and trailer accessories.
Working with Heimpel Design and Wadell Engineering, the work involved modernizing five offices, a lunchroom, a boardroom and open office areas, which included sky light installations.
Beginning in mid-September, Ball operated on a tight timeline. As refurbishing took place, Iconic Metalgear required the use of their new production facility. This meant ensuring a safe and productive project site, separating work spaces and working alongside them as they brought in their equipment.
The project was finished on November 30, 2019.
