Listowel John Deere Dealership Build Underway
Ball Construction has begun work on a new John Deere dealership for Premier Equipment Ltd. of Listowel, Ontario.
Working in conjunction with GB Architect of Stratford, we have now completed the foundations for the design-built structure. A large amount of fill was required to raise the grades for the planned 35,000 square-foot facility. The site’s water supply is dependent upon well water, which meant a fire reservoir had to be built in order to house water in case of a fire. The pre-engineered building is due to arrive in early December.
We are looking towards a completion date of late May 2021.
