Ball Welcomes Two New Hires
Ball Construction is delighted to announce the recent additions of Ethan Ball and Jordan Brown to Ball’s full-time staff.
Ethan Ball graduated from Conestoga College in 2021 with an advanced diploma in architectural construction engineering technology (ACET). As a hands-on Ball Construction labourer for three summers and Ball office employee for one, Ethan honed his skills and knowledge of constructability for various scopes of work. This experience, paired with his education, allowed for a seamless transition into the role of small projects coordinator.
A team player with a knack for absorbing new information, Ethan hopes to expand both the quality and quantity of Ball Construction’s small projects portfolio.
Jordan Brown also graduated from Conestoga’s ACET program in April, 2021. A clever problem solver who thrives on variety and new challenges, Jordan has eight years of experience in the residential painting business as both a franchisee and an independent. These credentials make him well suited for his new position as estimator, where he is establishing a tendering process while acting as liaison between owners and consultants.
Both Ethan and Jordan are working diligently in their new roles. Welcome aboard!
