Upgrades to the Lindsay Recreation Complex
The town of Lindsay is currently receiving a tremendous renovation to its Recreation Complex. Both rink slabs have been removed in preparation for new ones to be installed, and there are two new and improved barrier-free bathrooms being added. The spectators will be happy to hear that a portion of the existing bleacher seating will be replaced, allowing for a more enjoyable and comfortable experience. Lastly, a new low e-ceiling will be implemented in one arena. The low e-ceiling benefits the refrigeration system which will ultimately make the arena more energy efficient.
Ball is well suited to tackle this rink replacement, as we are very experienced in this field of work. Ball Construction has completed dozens of successful rink slab replacements all over Ontario. We are thrilled to add the town of Lindsay to our satisfied customer list very soon.
With an expected completion date in September, Ball is under a tight timeline, meaning the countdown is on with just two months left to go. Ball is confident that we will have the Recreation Complex open to the public, just in time for the cold weather and the winter sports to begin.
It is Ball Construction’s goal to create a space that is functional and welcoming, encouraging the community of Lindsay to use the improved Recreation Centre frequently.
