Homer Watson Business Park Nearly Set to Open!
A large plot of land which laid dormant for over a decade, has purpose once again. The Homer Watson Business Park is 99% complete, welcoming new tenants to fill the space. There is a total of three buildings in the business park, all of which totalling an impressive 715,978 sqft. The largest building alone spans 509,079 sqft which hosts a clearance height of 40’. Each building is as well constructed with architectural precast, insulated metal panels and impressive curtain wall entrances. Already 60% of the business park has been leased, as the location is in a prime spot in Kitchener.
Environmental responsibilities were top of mind when constructing the Business Park, thus we are proud to say all three industrial buildings are LEED certified. Many other design features were implemented making a green impact, such as vehicle charging stations on-site and photocell lighting.
Currently, Ball is looking forward to working on tenant improvements for the buildings that are already leased. Our team is certain that we will be able to meet the needs and requirements of the incoming tenants and create a space in which they will be able to succeed in.
