Currently, the team is hard at work pouring the foundations, a critical step in setting the stage for the facility’s structural steel installation, which is slated to begin in the coming months. With a projected occupancy date at the end of 2025, the project is on schedule and moving at a robust pace.

One of the unique advantages of this project has been the close proximity of Ball Construction’s head office to the site. This has streamlined material deliveries and fostered seamless communication between all stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and precision at every stage.
