Scope of Project:
Construction of a 4957 m2 Manufacturing warehouse addition with small office component. Also includes a mezzanine @ 398 m2. Project is constructed of structural steel columns, beams, OWSJ & Coreslab. Exterior facade is pre-manufactured insulated metal panel with curtain wall glazing at the new entrance. Flat roof consisting of 60mil EPDM roof membrane mechanically fastened.
