Ball Construction Welcomes Adam Morris to the Team
Ball construction is pleased to announce the hiring of Adam Morris as our new Specialty Projects Manager.
With over 14 years experience coordinating and managing construction projects, Adam has worked at Stonerise Construction, EllisDon Corporation and for the Region of Waterloo. A goal-oriented individual, Adam has the ability to direct complex projects from original concept to fully operational status.
Speciality Projects involve anything outside of our core business activities and cost anywhere from $200 to $2 million dollars. The majority are small projects that help our existing clients, such as office renovations and auto plant service work, but also ones that are extremely unique in that they capture a client’s distinct needs. A current example is an office project for the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the US and Canada (UA), local 527, in Waterloo. Specialty projects can also include tendered projects that are not necessarily small (e.g. Region of Waterloo).
Adam intends on getting the word out that Ball is perfectly equipped to take on new clients and that the company is not just a large constructor. He will also ensure that all our specialty clients are satisfied whatever the project size.
Welcome aboard Adam!
