The Gold Seal program has been developed and managed by the Canadian Construction Association and is the only program of its kind in Canada. It is a national program for project managers, superintendents and estimators to ensure a high calibre of construction management.
At Ball Construction, we believe in continuing education and are proud to say we have a staff devoted to achieving excellence in their craft. Many of our staff members have achieved Gold Seal Certification through the Canadian Construction Association. We have highly dedicated and experienced project managers, site superintendents and estimating personnel who have achieved this distinction, which is a testament to their skills, competence and standard of workmanship.
The Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics (Stephen Hawking Centre) constructed by Ball Construction in 2010 was the first Gold Seal certified project in Ontario. In 2010, Ball Construction also completed the Research In Motion Office Building – our second Gold Seal certified project. In 2013, two more projects – McMaster University Medical Centre, and the Meridian Centre in St. Catharines – received Gold Seal distinction. In these Gold Seal projects, Ball Construction worked with our local construction association and the Gold Seal Certification program to jointly promote Gold Seal as part of the construction project. The personnel working on these projects had the skills, credibility and experience and are valued members of the industry and contributed immensely to the overall success of the project delivery.
Gold Seal Certification offers our clients a high degree of assurance that they are engaging a construction company committed to your future success.
