Ball Wins Skate 48 Charity Hockey Tournament
As part of the SKATE 48 annual hockey showdown in support of the Rotary Club of Kitchener Grand River, Ball Construction has a standing game versus Form and Build Supply Inc. Held at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex, the tournament has a long-standing tradition of intense hockey and family fun. This year’s event took place February 9.
There’s always a lot on the line—after all, the winner gets chicken wings and the loser gets hot dogs!
Team Ball always looks forward to the one-day fundraiser in support of local children’s charities, which has raised over $2.5 million since its inception in 1990.
This time around, Ball finally edged past its rival and thus achieved bragging rights for the remainder of the year. We had been waiting a long time for those wings.
